We are seeking your input to develop our IOGC accessibility plan and to help build a barrier-free Canada. Your feedback is essential in helping us improve accessibility and help shape a more inclusive future. We would like hear about any barriers you have experienced or areas we can improve accessibility by August 31, 2026. We will accept input after this date for future accessibility plans.

The collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Indigenous Services Canada (Indian Oil and Gas Canada) is authorized under the Accessible Canada Act and is in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act. The collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is voluntary and will be exclusively used to support mandated activities related to the Accessible Canada Act.

Personal information will be retained pursuant to the Privacy Act and its Regulations. The collection of information is described in the Treasury Board Secretariat of Canada's standard personal information bank for Outreach Activities - Bank PSU 938.

Individuals have the right to the protection of, access to and request the correction of their personal information under the Privacy Act.
