Indian Oil and Gas Canada Electronic Services (eServices) Information Notice

Indian Oil and Gas Canada (IOGC) is pleased to announce the eServices site is now available for external access.

As you are aware, in order to increase Information Technology (IT) Security, a multi-factor authentication feature has been added to the eServices login process.

IOGC's Royalty Client Services Team have contacted each eServices Administrator for each company and confirmed the individuals requiring access to the eServices site. Information regarding the new multi-factor authentication process has been communicated to those individuals.

Going forward, the current eServices Administrator for your company will communicate the need for new accounts, and the need to disable accounts, to the IOGC Royalty Client Services Team at IOGC's Royalty Client Services Team will be available to support each individual using the new multi-factor authentication login process.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience while the multi-factor authentication process was implemented to better protect our systems and most importantly, your information.
